Great news! Caroline is training instructors in practical Enjoy Riding confidence techniques and really effective communication skills. Enjoy Riding instructors learn about the causes and effects of fear and stress on the nervous rider. They learn and practise Enjoy Riding confidence techniques specially designed for them to pass on to you. Powerfully effective communication skills ensure that they know how to have a positive effect on your confidence. Instructors complete a real-life teaching session supervised by Caroline to enable them to demonstrate and practise their new skills, ensuring that they have a solid base on which to build. Successful instructors gain promotion through Enjoy Riding.
